Repair or replace?
We diagnose the fault and give you honest options. Sometimes a seal, basket lid or blockage is all it needs. If the pump is worn out or the wrong size for your pool, we’ll quote a suitable replacement and install it.
Leaves and pumps
In leaf-heavy Highlands gardens, a full pump basket starves the pump of water and can damage it. Regular basket cleans on our servicing visits help protect it, and because we use our own vacuum systems, debris from vacuuming never goes through your pump and filter.

My pump is making a loud noise. Is it finished?
Not always. Noise can come from a blockage, low water or worn bearings. We’ll check it and tell you whether it can be repaired.
Can you install a new pump?
Yes. We supply and install replacement pumps sized to your pool and equipment.
