What we check
- Pump and motor: leaks, damage, noise, secure electrical connections and flow.
- Filter: pressure gauge, tank condition and the state of the sand, glass or cartridge media.
- Heating: visible damage, connections and whether it fires up and heats.
- Salt chlorinator: scaling and wear on the cell, connections and salt levels.
- Automation and controls: timers, sensors and whether everything talks to each other.
- General: skimmer and pump baskets, visible plumbing leaks, the cleaner and the water itself.
For anything that needs attention, we give you a repair cost estimate, so you can factor it into your offer or plan ahead.
New to owning a pool?
Plenty of people buy into the Highlands without ever having owned a pool. We’ll walk you through your equipment, how long to run it in summer and winter, and what to keep an eye on, then you can decide whether to look after it yourself or hand it over to us.

Frequently asked questions
How soon can you inspect before settlement or the end of the cooling-off period?
Get in touch as early as you can with your dates and we’ll do our best to fit in. We’ll need the agent or owner to arrange access.
Is this the same as a pool compliance certificate?
No. We check the equipment and water. Pool safety barrier (fencing) compliance certificates in NSW are issued by councils or accredited certifiers.
