Most pool technicians vacuum through your pool’s own pump and filter. We don’t. Crownz uses its own dedicated vacuum systems, so the leaves, dirt and debris we lift off the floor never pass through your filtration system. That means a cleaner filter, less wear on your pump and equipment, and clearer water between visits.

Public and shared pools in NSW have to meet the Public Health Regulation 2022: daily disinfectant and pH testing, set chlorine and pH ranges, and six months of records. We help with scheduled maintenance, water testing monthly or more often, logbooks, dosing and pH control, microbiological sampling with an accredited lab, and equipment upkeep. We also install commercial pool equipment and water monitoring, automated dosing and control systems.

Which areas do you service?
We’re a mobile pool service covering the whole Southern Highlands (Bowral, Mittagong, Moss Vale, Burradoo, Berrima, Bundanoon, Robertson, Exeter, Hill Top, Colo Vale and the villages in between) plus parts of Macarthur. If you’re not sure, just ask.
How often should my pool be serviced?
Every one to two weeks is the general guide. Weekly is best in summer and during autumn leaf drop; many Highlands owners switch to fortnightly or monthly in winter.
How much does it cost?
Every pool is different, so we quote each one individually, and quotes are free. Tell us about your pool through the quote form or give us a call.
What makes Crownz different?
We use our own vacuum systems instead of vacuuming through your pool’s pump and filter like most technicians, so the dirt and leaves never go through your filtration system. That means a cleaner filter, less wear on your equipment and clearer water.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm and Saturday 7am to 3pm. We’re closed on Sundays except for emergency call-outs.
Do you supply and install heaters, pumps, filters and chlorinators?
Yes. We supply and install pool heaters and heat pumps, pumps, filters and salt chlorinators, and repair existing equipment. Ask us for a quote.
Do you service salt, mineral and MagnaPool pools?
Yes. We service salt pools and magnesium mineral pools, including MagnaPool systems, across the Southern Highlands: chlorinator cell cleaning and inspection, salt and mineral level balancing, and chlorinator replacements and installs.
Can you fix pool equipment as well as clean?
Yes. We diagnose and repair or replace pumps, filters, salt chlorinators, heaters, cleaners and automation, and we can give you options and estimates first.
