From suburban estates to rural Wollondilly
Macarthur and Wollondilly cover a lot of ground. Narellan, Harrington Park and Spring Farm are suburban estates with mostly newer pools. Camden and Picton are historic towns with older homes and mature gardens. Around them is rural land: acreage at Cobbitty, The Oaks and Razorback, and bushland villages down to Bargo. We plan each service around the pool and the property.
- Heat: summers here are hotter than in the Highlands, and strong sun burns off chlorine fast. Stabiliser and run times matter.
- Storms: summer storms and floods along the Nepean and Stonequarry Creek wash debris in and knock the water balance out.
- Building dust: new estates mean fine dust in the water and extra load on filters.
- Water source: town water in the suburbs, rainwater tanks on many rural properties.
